Warranties
All items sold in a new condition are covered by the Manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Please read the warranty information carefully before making any purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding warranties, please contact us before making any purchase. Please note that in the event of a warranty claim, buyers are responsible for all associated costs that are not covered by the warranty.
These include, but are not limited to postage costs to and from the warranty assessment. In the event that a refund is granted, the refund shall be calculated as follows: Purchase Price less Original Postage Costs (including our cost of 'Free Shipping') less Transaction Fees* *Transactions fees include, but are not limited to, eBay and PayPal fees where applicable.
All our suppliers require the following,
- proof of purchase
- product returned to place of purchase that is our store
We recommend that after receiving your product that you take it out and check for issues such as
- small holes
- tears in material
- missing parts
- damaged parts from transport
These faults need to found within 2 weeks of receiving your product and before you use the item.
14 Day Returns Policy
If you change your mind we are glad to offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item has not been opened, used, or damaged and is returned within 14 days of receiving it. When returning items, all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned undamaged with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold. We will deduct any postage costs which we incurred from the refund (including items that are free postage).
Please note, we cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from Great Escape Camping, the goods have been used or tested, or the goods or packaging have been damaged.
Expenses
Any costs incurred by Shaloo Pty Ltd Trading as Great Escape Camping shall be deducted from your refund. These include but are not limited to the cost shipping the product to you, including shipping costs for products that are advertised as Free Shipping, and any transaction fees charged by financial institutions.
Any expenses relating to the return of your product to store will have to be paid by you.
The purchaser will incur the delivery cost for returning the item to us. We will not accept COD Return Packages.
Special Order Items
Products that are custom made, bulk quantity, specially ordered non-stocked items, or corporate special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of being approved. Refunds are sent back using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution it may take 4-5 business days for these funds to be made available in your account.
